Online Fitness & Nutrition Coaching

Built Strong offers online fitness and nutrition coaching for those individuals who need at-home guidance and education. Programs accommodate at-home workouts or gym workouts. Nutritional programs not only provide sample menus and recipes but will also include unique macronutrient targets for those who are tracking energy “calorie” expenditure and consumption. Another feature of the nutrition coaching program is that individuals will also learn to craft their own healthy meal plans. All clients will receive resources and tips to incorporate healthy eating into their daily lives. 

All programs begin with a signature fitness evaluation that include an in-depth health history; lifestyle review that includes nutrition, sleep, and supplementation; comprehensive assessment that includes weight, measurements, body comp, performance, and steps; and goal setting and planning. Once a client has completed the assessments ongoing personalized coaching with check-ins every 4-6 weeks keep them accountable to their program. 

In addition, clients have access to private Built Strong communities through our app and social media so that no one feels alone on their journey. Clients are also supported with the multiple resources so they may learn how to craft their own healthy lifestyle, including sample meal plans, healthy grocery lists, recipes, and more.
